Pork Loin Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Loin

Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Cook the Pork Loin

Remove the pork loin from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest the Meat

Once cooked, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the pork loin and serve with your choice of sides.
