Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Beef

Place the beef flank steak in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Beef

Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the flank steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Slice

Once cooked, remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, slice against the grain into thin strips.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliced flank steak warm, optionally with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
