Method

Prepare the Egg Mixture

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a medium bowl, crack the 2 large eggs and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

  2. 2

    Add Cheese and Ham

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced ham into the egg mixture. Add salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well.

Cook the Eggs

  1. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until it starts to foam.

  2. 4

    Scramble the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Allow it to sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still slightly creamy, about 3-4 minutes.

Serve

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

Once the scrambled eggs are cooked to your liking, transfer them to a plate. Serve with a side of Tower potatoes or applesauce as desired.
