Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted outer leaves. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Slice Red Onion
Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. Add the sliced onion to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Dressing Ingredients
In a food processor or blender, combine the garlic cloves, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Emulsify with Olive Oil
With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is fully emulsified and creamy.

Finish the Dressing
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and blend briefly to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce and red onion. Toss gently to coat the salad evenly with the dressing.
