    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Clean the Mushrooms

    Gently wipe the mushroom caps with a damp cloth to clean them. Remove the stems and set aside.

    Chop the Mushroom Stems

    Finely chop the removed mushroom stems and set aside for the stuffing mixture.

Make the Stuffing

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Add Olive Oil

    Drizzle the olive oil into the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Stuff the Mushrooms

    Fill the Caps

    Using a spoon, generously fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture, pressing down lightly to ensure it is well packed.

Bake the Mushrooms

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

    Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
