Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed and set aside.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently mix with a spatula or spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Heat Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat Cooking
Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as necessary.

Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup drizzled on top and a handful of fresh berries on the side.
