Shucking Oysters
Carefully shuck the oysters using an oyster knife. Discard the top shell and place the oysters on a serving platter, keeping them on the bottom shell.

Preparing Garnishes
Finely chop the green onion and set aside. Julienne the chili daikon radish into thin strips and set aside.

Assembling the Dish
On each oyster, add a few pieces of chopped green onion and a small amount of the julienned chili daikon radish.

Serving
Drizzle ponzu sauce over the garnished oysters. Serve immediately on the half shell with additional ponzu sauce on the side.
