Prepare the Tilapia
Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Flour
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Coat the Fish
Dredge each tilapia fillet in the seasoned flour, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Tilapia
Add the coated tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Excess Oil
Remove the tilapia from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
