Directions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest.

3

Prepare the Bread

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the slices of bread and toast them until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4

Assemble the Dish

Place the toasted bread on a serving platter. Slice the chicken kebabs and arrange them over the bread. Top with the remaining yogurt sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

5

Serve

Serve the yogurtlu tavuk immediately while hot, allowing guests to enjoy the kebabs on the buttery bread.
