Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and add them to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. If using metal skewers, you can skip this step.

Skewer the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread the pieces onto the skewers. Leave a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

Serve
Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as rice or salad.
