Marinade and Kebab Ingredients
Method
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- 2
Prepare the Lamb
Cut the lamb tenderloin into 2-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Make sure the lamb is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- 3
Soak Skewers (if using wooden skewers)
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- 4
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 5
Assemble the Kebabs
Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- 6
Grill the Kebabs
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- 7
Serve
Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
