Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Rice

Rinse the rice under cold water. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and a pinch of salt, reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.

  4. 4

    Grill the Beef and Vegetables

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef cubes, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the grilled beef and vegetables over a bed of rice. Enjoy your Cop Sis!
