Preparation

1. Prepare the Adana Kebab Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Prepare the Chicken Kebab Mixture

In another bowl, mix the minced chicken breast, finely chopped red bell pepper, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.

3. Form the Kebabs

With wet hands, take a portion of the Adana kebab mixture and mold it onto a skewer, pressing it firmly to ensure it holds its shape. Repeat with remaining mixture. Do the same for the chicken kebab mixture.

4. Grill the Kebabs

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the Adana kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Grill the chicken kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, also turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

5. Serve

Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of sides, such as rice, salad, or pita bread.
