Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and brown sugar. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

Wrap and Bake
Place the seasoned ribs on a large piece of aluminum foil and wrap them tightly. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Prepare Barbecue Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over medium heat. Stir occasionally and heat until warmed through.

Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
