Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filet Mignon
Take the filet mignon out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps the meat cook evenly.
- 2
Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your broiler to high. Make sure the oven rack is about 4-6 inches from the heat source.

- 4
Broil the Filet Mignon
Place the seasoned filet mignon on a broiler-safe pan. Broil for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and broil for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

Rest and Serve
Remove the filet mignon from the broiler and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.
