Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the baby shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain the shrimp and set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine horseradish sauce and lemon juice. Mix well to create the cocktail sauce.

In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, mix the cooled shrimp with the cocktail sauce until well coated. Gently fold in the pico de gallo.

Spoon the shrimp cocktail into serving dishes and top with diced avocado. Serve chilled.
