Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with blackening seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Make the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Stir in pepper jack cheese until melted and combined.

Combine Shrimp and Crab
Gently fold in the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat to the cream sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Bread Bowls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and fill each with the shrimp and crab mixture. Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
