Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

2

Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Tabasco sauce, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.

3

Roast the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the florets are tender and golden brown.

4

Prepare the Toppings

While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the toppings by mixing diced celery, crumbled bleu cheese, and chopped parsley in a separate bowl.

5

Serve

Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter. Top with the celery, bleu cheese, and parsley mixture. Serve warm.
