Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by slicing the wild boar, mushrooms, bell pepper, Thai eggplant, bamboo shoots, and baby corn. Also, slice the hot chili peppers and wash the basil leaves.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meat

In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the wild boar strips and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Add the mushrooms, green bell pepper, Thai eggplant, bamboo shoots, and baby corn to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 4

    Add Curry Sauce

Pour in your preferred Thai spicy curry sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

  5. 5

    Finish with Basil and Chili

Add the fresh basil leaves and sliced hot chili peppers to the pan. Toss everything together and cook for another minute until the basil wilts.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
