Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the string beans and trim the ends. Peel and julienne the carrots. Core and slice the red and green bell peppers into strips.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the string beans, carrots, and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the pik pow sauce over the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and top with cashew nuts before serving.
