1. Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the chicken breast, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Set aside all ingredients.
2. Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add Shrimp and Vegetables
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Then add the sliced water chestnuts, bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Incorporate Pik Pow Sauce
Pour the pik pow sauce over the chicken and shrimp mixture. Add pineapple chunks, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
5. Serve
