Preparation Steps
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Season and Roast
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle with buffalo sauce. Toss to coat evenly, then return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping, garnished with chopped green onions and alongside celery sticks.
