Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the bone-in ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

2

Make the Glaze

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined and begins to simmer.

3

Glaze the Ham

Brush some of the glaze mixture over the ham, making sure to cover it thoroughly. Pour the remaining glaze into the bottom of the roasting pan.

4

Bake the Ham

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil, baste the ham with the glaze, and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes until the ham is caramelized and heated through.

5

Serve

Once cooked, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
