Method

Entrees

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meat

In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Shape the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese (for Cheeseburger)

If making cheeseburgers, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, covering with a lid to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Hot Dogs

Grill or boil the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Chili Burger

For a chili burger, top the hamburger patties with chili just before serving.

Side Item

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips for French fries.

  2. 8

    Heat the Oil

In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 9

    Fry the French Fries

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 10

    Season the Fries

Sprinkle the fries with salt, paprika, and garlic powder to taste.

  5. 11

    Prepare the Onion Rings

If using frozen onion rings, follow package instructions for frying. If making from scratch, slice onions, dip in batter, and fry until golden.
