Pork Tenderloin Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin. Cut the tenderloin into medallions, about 1-inch thick.
- 2
Set Up Breading Stations
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in the first dish. In the second dish, beat the eggs. In the third dish, add the bread crumbs.
- 3
Bread the Pork
Dip each medallion first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is well coated.
- 4
Fry the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork medallions in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the cooked pork from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
