Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prep the Sirloin

Season the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Make sure to coat it evenly.

  2. 2

    Wrap with Bacon

Wrap the seasoned sirloin steak with the slices of applewood smoked bacon, ensuring the bacon covers the entire surface of the steak. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Pan

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a little olive oil if desired.

  4. 4

    Sear the Steak

Place the bacon-wrapped sirloin in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
