Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and season the ground Angus sirloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Shape the Patties

Form the seasoned ground beef into a large patty, approximately 12 oz in weight.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.

  4. 4

    Grill the Steak

In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the beef patty and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. 5

    Add the Bacon

Once the patty is cooked, place the crispy bacon slices on top of the hamburger steak.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
