Method

Grilled Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Broccoli

  1. 3

    Prepare the Broccoli

While the chicken is marinating, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Broccoli

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the cooked broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and add 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
