Chili Preparation

Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Beans and Tomatoes
Stir in the drained kidney beans and canned diced tomatoes. Mix well.

Spice it Up
Add chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Pico de Gallo Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Guacamole Preparation

Season the Guacamole
Add lime juice, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembling the Nachos

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer the Chips and Chili
On a large baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips evenly. Spoon the chili mixture over the chips.

Add Cheeses
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses generously over the chili-covered chips.

Bake Nachos
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, and dollops of sour cream.
