Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the certified Black Angus sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F (230°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned steak on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 5

    Chop the Vegetables

Wash and chop the carrots, zucchini, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 7

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

  2. 8

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning as needed.
