Mac N' Cheese Bites
- 1
Cook the Macaroni
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix the Cheese Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the Bites
Using your hands, form the macaroni mixture into small balls or bites, about 1 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 4
Fry the Bites
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the mac n' cheese bites in batches, frying until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
