Sausage and Bacon

Method

Pancakes

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; the batter may be slightly lumpy.

  4. 4

    Cook Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease lightly with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

Sausage and Bacon

  1. 5

    Cook Sausage

In a skillet, cook the sausage link over medium heat, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through (approximately 8-10 minutes).

  2. 6

    Cook Bacon

In the same skillet, add the strip of bacon and cook over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
