Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Rinse the boneless chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut any large pieces into smaller, uniform sizes.
- 2
Prepare the Celery
Wash and cut the celery sticks into 3-4 inch pieces and set aside for serving.
Cooking the Wings
- 3
Fry or Bake the Wings
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Alternatively, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If frying, cook the wings for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. If baking, place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Making the Sauces
- 4
Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined and heated through.
- 5
BBQ Sauce
Simply use your favorite BBQ sauce straight from the bottle.
- 6
Sriracha Rub
In a small bowl, combine Sriracha sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika. Mix well to form a rub.
- 7
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.
- 8
Tossing the Wings
- 9
Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, take the cooked wings and pour your choice of sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Serving
- 10
Serve the Wings
Plate the wings and serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
