For the BBQ Ribs

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Season the Ribs
Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

For the Coleslaw

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
For the Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
