For the BBQ Ribs

    Prepare the Ribs

    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

    Make the Dry Rub

    In a bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

    Season the Ribs

    Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

    Bake the Ribs

    Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

    Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.

For the Coleslaw

    In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

    In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
