Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, season the Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Toast the Brioche Rolls
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche rolls in half and toast them in the same skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
Place a cooked beef patty on the bottom half of each toasted brioche roll. Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, and dill pickles. Cover with the top half of the roll.

Serve the Angus burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
