Prepare the Noodles
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Tofu
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into small cubes.

Julienne the carrot and slice the red bell pepper and green onions.

Fry the Tofu
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the drained rice noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, tamarind paste, brown sugar, and Sriracha sauce. Pour over the noodles and toss to combine.

Serve the Pad Thai hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and lime wedges.
