Pasta

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli) and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp.

  2. 4

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Season and Serve

Remove from heat, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Toss well to ensure everything is coated. Serve immediately.
