Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

3

Add the Sauce Ingredients

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, white wine, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften and the sauce to reduce slightly.

4

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together gently to combine. Stir in the fresh basil and adjust seasoning if necessary.

5

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired, alongside garlic toast.
