Burger Preparation

1

Caramelize the Onions

Slice the onion into thin rings. In a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and the sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.

2

Cook the Bacon

In another pan, cook the strips of Daily’s Smokey Bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

3

Cook the Beef Patty

Season the grass-fed beef patty with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry on medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Prepare the Fries

Cut the potatoes into fries. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once hot, fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, seasoning with salt.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread the special sauce. Layer with lettuce, tomato slice, the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar, bacon strips, caramelized onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the Mount Jumbo Burger with a side of house-cut fries.
