Burger Preparation
Caramelize the Onions
Slice the onion into thin rings. In a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and the sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Bacon
In another pan, cook the strips of Daily’s Smokey Bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread the special sauce. Layer with lettuce, tomato slice, the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar, bacon strips, caramelized onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve the Mount Jumbo Burger with a side of house-cut fries.
