Preparation

1

Cook the Rice

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice and water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit covered for another 10 minutes.

2

Marinate the Tuna

In a bowl, combine the diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds. Mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

3

Prepare the Rajili Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly

4

Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a bowl, place a serving of jasmine rice as the base. Top with marinated tuna, sliced avocado, edamame beans, pickled red onion, and shredded carrots. Drizzle with rajili aioli and garnish with nori strips.
