Assemble the Pizza
Preheat your oven to the highest setting (usually around 475°F to 500°F or 245°C to 260°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness. Spread the roasted garlic evenly over the dough, then layer the sautéed mushrooms on top. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms.
Bake the Pizza
Transfer the pizza to a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
Once out of the oven, drizzle the pizza with truffle oil and top with fresh arugula. Slice and serve immediately.
