Making Banana Bread

    Prepare the batter

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. In another bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Combine all mixtures and fold in the chocolate chips.

    Bake the bread

    Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool before slicing.

Making French Toast

    Prepare the egg mixture

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

    Cook the French toast

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Dip slices of the banana bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook the slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
