French Toast Directions

1

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

2

Heat the Pan

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

3

Soak Bread

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

4

Cook the Toast

Place soaked bread slices in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5

Serve

Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Pancake Directions

6

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

7

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

8

Combine Mixtures

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter may be lumpy.

9

Heat the Pan

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.

10
