Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.

  3. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add olive oil and sauté the garlic and mushrooms until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and capers, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Triggerfish

Season the triggerfish fillets with salt and black pepper. In the skillet, push the vegetables to the side and add the triggerfish. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked linguine, spinach chiffonade, lemon juice, and crispy bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and spinach is wilted.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pasta and garnish with additional lemon juice if desired. Enjoy your Triggerfish Pasta!
