1. Prepare the Prawns

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Add the prawns and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Cook the Mashed Potatoes

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter and mash until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

3. Caramelize the Shallots

In a skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced shallots and cook until golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Set aside.

4. Grill the Prawns

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat.

5. Make the Citrus Lemon Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.

6. Serve

On a plate, serve a portion of mashed potatoes topped with caramelized shallots, the grilled prawns, and a crab cake. Drizzle with the citrus lemon vinaigrette before serving.
