Seafood Melt Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp and Scallops

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are opaque. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Mix in Surimi Crab

Gently fold in the shredded surimi crab and cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Lobster Cream Sauce

Pour in the lobster cream sauce and stir until all seafood is well coated and heated through. Remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Toast the English Muffins

While the seafood mixture is cooking, toast the split English muffins until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Seafood Melt

On each toasted English muffin half, spoon the seafood mixture generously. Top with equal parts of shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese.

  7. 7

    Broil for Melting

Place the assembled muffins on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
