    Prepare the Broth

    In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

    Stir in the crushed tomatoes, fish stock or lobster broth, and white wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

    Incorporate Seafood

    Add the mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops, and fish to the pot. Stir gently to combine, then cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the mussels and clams have opened and the shrimp and scallops are cooked through.

    Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley before serving. Ladle the cioppino into bowls and enjoy!
