Prepare the Tuna Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Season the Mixture
Add paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until the seasonings are well distributed.

Assemble the Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the tuna mixture to a baking dish. Spread it evenly and top with shredded Swiss cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
