Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture until well coated.

Fry the Wings
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
