Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the chicken wings. Toss them until evenly coated.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. Divide the wings into three portions. Toss one portion in Buffalo sauce, another in Thai chili sauce, and the last in BBQ sauce.

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks on the side.
